Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. Rates are valid for a minimum 3 night stay until the 26th December 2008.

1. The package is on a  request basis and pending on Hotel availability and includes service and all taxes.

 

1. Extra nights on a bed and breakfast basis are available, please contact the Reservation Office.

1. Rate for a third person in the room with an extra bed (under the age of 11 the extra bed is free of charge, breakfast and package elements will be charged on a consumption basis) is Euro 125,00, daily, inclusive of American Breakfast, service and all taxes, all other package elements will be charged separately.

 

1. The 4-course candlelight dinner will be served in our “De Pisis” Restaurant once during the stays. We kindly ask you to make the dinner reservation in advance.

1. For 1 hour Jacuzzi on Roof top  terrace we suggest you to book in advance

(available from 10.00am to 5.00pm)

1. The Gondola promenade can be arranged directly with our Concierge prior to your visit.

 

1. Cancellation policy is a written note 48 hours prior to arrival

1. Check-in at 2.00p.m. and check-out at 12.00 noon.

 

1. Arrival and departure transfer from and to the Hotel can be arranged by our Concierge.

1. Reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card number.
